This year, as part of my digital marketing course, I am required to write a blog on something that I am passionate about which will attract an audience of some kind, (I hope). I’ve been reluctant to sit down and write this nevertheless post it on social media for my friends to laugh at but I would very much like to pass this year so, without further adieu, welcome to The Brunch Blogs.

Yeah, you’ve guessed it, I’ll be writing about brunch - that thing that everyone and their gran has become obsessed with these days (including me). First of all, for those non-brunch goers, let me explain what it is. Brunch is a late morning meal that you eat instead of eating breakfast AND lunch typically between 9am-12pm although in my eyes, it’s acceptable to brunch at any time of the day. It has definitely become a phenomenon in the last couple of years with people becoming avid brunch goers and are always trying to seek out new places in Glasgow that offer a great brunch menu, good coffee and a great atmosphere. That’s where I HOPE I can be helpful.

I’m going to dedicate the next 4 blog posts to my top 4 brunch places around Glasgow. I think I'll be alright at this because my family has a thing for all things brunch and coffee - we are just o b s e s s e d. We usually go for brunch every Saturday morning so I'm quite well versed.

I’ll be ranking the 4 top places on the food, drinks, atmosphere and price. I will also include pictures of all the yummy food (if they aren’t already on my instagram) and drink I have had along the way; much to the annoyance of my family - sorry not sorry.

So,  please keep a look out for the next few blog posts on where to brunch in G-town and let’s hope I don’t go overboard with pictures of eggs.

See you soon,

Olivia
